"Today is a blank page. Yes, there are some things that need to be written in, and you could surrender your pen to them, letting events, exceptions, tests, and the judgements of others write this chapter. Or, you could take some time with God, that author and completer of your Faith and start writing today as the adventure He shows you it can be."-Rob Coscia "My heart is overflowing with a good theme as I recite my composition for the King. My tongue is the pen of a ready writer."- Psalm 45:1

MESSAGE NOTES: “An Everyday Prayer for an Everyday Person”
Series, “Psalms in the Summer,” Message 7
Mike McDaniel, Lead Pastor
Scripture: Psalm 139:1-2, 23-24 (English Standard Version)
1
O Lord, you have searched me and known me!
2
You know when I sit down and when I rise up;
you discern my thoughts from afar.
23
Search me, O God, and know my heart!
Try me and know my thoughts!
24
And see if there be any grievous way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting!
God answers EVERY prayer:
If my request is wrong - God says No
If my timing is wrong - God says Slow
If my character is wrong - God says Grow
When my request, timing, and character are all right - God says Go!
Prayer is less a means of getting our will into heaven.
Prayer is utilized best by getting God's Will in us.
Two prayers every person should pray:
1) Search me.
Open self-Info about you and other know about you
Hidden self-Info that you know about yourself and others don't.
Blind self-info that you don't know but other people know.
Unknown self-info that you or nobody else knows about yourself

Coming Clean”
Series, “Psalms in the Summer,” Message 4
Mike McDaniel, Lead Pastor
Scripture: Psalm 32 (English Standard Version)
Blessed is the one whose transgression is forgiven,
whose sin is covered.
2
Blessed is the man against whom the Lord counts no iniquity,
and in whose spirit there is no deceit.
3
For when I kept silent, my bones wasted away
through my groaning all day long.
4
For day and night your hand was heavy upon me;
my strength was dried up as by the heat of summer. Selah
5
I acknowledged my sin to you,
and I did not cover my iniquity;
I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,”
and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah
6
Therefore let everyone who is godly
offer prayer to you at a time when you may be found;
surely in the rush of great waters,
they shall not reach him.
7
You are a hiding place for me;
you preserve me from trouble;
you surround me with shouts of deliverance. Selah
8
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will counsel you with my eye upon you.
9
Be not like a horse or a mule, without understanding,
which must be curbed with bit and bridle,
or it will not stay near you.
10
Many are the sorrows of the wicked,
but steadfast love surrounds the one who trusts in the Lord.
11
Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, O righteous,
and shout for joy, all you upright in heart!
Blessed life=clean
